A commercial loan with up to three account splits. This is useful for borrowers to distinguish between loan purposes while providing assistance with income tax preparation.

Purpose
Purchase or refinance non specialised industrial, retail or residential commercial property.
Income Verification
Last two years tax returns and financial statements required for all loan applications. Evidence of rental income required for properties that are tenanted.
Term
20 years fully amortising Principle and Interest (P & I) or five years Interest Only (I/O), automatically converting to 15 years P & I.
Repayments
P & I or Interest Only repayments made by electronic direct debit.

No monthly fees.
No redraw fees.
